רב argues with שמואל regarding הבדלה even though they agree regarding קידוש that מפסיקין.

Is it not for removing the table - לאו לעקירת שלחן

Summary:
עקירת שלחן means ברהמ"ז, for they would remove the small tables from all the people except from the מברך, and nowadays we do not remove the table.

He arrived, spread the cloth and made Kiddush - איקלע פירס מפה וקידש

Summary:
The episode with רבה בר רב הונא was בתחילת הסעודה.

ושוין refers to ר"י ור"י (if we are גורס ושוין).

They have fulfilled the obligation of reciting Kiddush - ידי קידוש יצאו

Summary:
Initially everyone should drink from the קידוש, however if any one person drank, it is sufficient. The rule is like שמואל that אין קידוש אלא במקום סעודה, even if he had in mind to eat elsewhere, except if it was from place to place in one house, if he had in mind he is יוצא.

They did not fulfill their obligation regarding wine - ידי יין לא יצאו

Summary:
On שבת ויו"ט the יין שלפני המזון exempts the יין שבתוך המזון even if there was no specific intent, however on weekdays it exempts the יין שבתוך המזון only if there was intent to drink more wine בתוך המזון.
