תוס' ד"ה מתקיף

Rav Chisdoh challenged it; after he filled his stomach, etc. - מתקיף לה רב חסדא לאחר שמילא כריסו כולי

Summary:
Many of the אמוראים, as well as the מסדר הגמרא, maintain מצות צריכות כוונה; therefore one may use חזרת for כרפס. More כוונה is required by an eating מצוה, than by מצוות like תפלה and תקיעת שופר.

And afterwards he eats Chasoh without a blessing - והדר אכיל חסא בלא ברכה

Summary:
No בפה"א is recited over the מרור, since it is exempt by the המוציא on the מצה, for it is considered פרפרת הפת.

The Rabbinic ordained Mohror will come and nullify the Toroh ordained Mahtzoh - אתי מרור דרבנן ומבטל למצה דאורייתא

Rather, Rav Ashee said - אלא אמר רב אשי

Summary:
s'רב אשיquestion was on the בני הישיבה, who assumed that the רבנן prohibited כריכה, but not on ר' יוחנן who (possibly) maintains that the רבנן do not require כריכה. We derive that מצוות מבטלות זא"ז or not, from the respective views whether כריכה is required or not.

Anything which is immersed in liquid requires washing - כל שטיבולו במשקה צריך נטילה

Summary:
According to פי' הקונטרס the reason for washing before eating טיבולין במשקין is because of קדושה ונקיות, similar to the washing for bread; while according to תוספות the נט"י for טיבולין במשקין is so that the משקין טמאין should not be פוסל את גופו.
