What is the blessing of the song; Rav Yehudoh says; יהללוך, etc. - מאי ברכת השיר רב יהודה אמר יהללוך

Summary:
The משנה is teaching either that a ברכה is required even in places where it is customarily not said, or that a ברכה is required even at night.

Rabi Yochonon said; The soul of all living - רבי יוחנן אמר נשמת כל חי

Summary:
ר' יוחנן meant to say both יהללוך and נשמת. We recite one ברכה only, at the very end.
