We derive if from, ‘do not leave it over until morning’ - מלא תותירו עד בקר נפקא

Summary:
Some derive אין שורפין קדשים ביו"ט from והנותר ממנו עד בוקר, while others (presumably including ראב"ע) have different sources.

תוס' ד"ה אמר

Rovo ruled; one who ate Matzoh nowadays, etc. - אמר רבא אכל מצה בזמן הזה כולי

Summary:
It is questionable whether the הלכה is like ראב"ע, or not. Besides the ק"פ, all the restrictions till חצות are מדרבנן, so בדיעבד they may be done after חצות.
