Let him also teach a Reveyee by Terumoh - ניתני נמי רביעי בתרומה

תוס' ד"ה לא

Should there not be found a Tanna that teaches a Reveyee by Terumoh and a Chameeshee by Koidesh - לא לישתמיט תנא וליתני רביעי בתרומה וחמישי בקודש

Summary:
תוספות maintains that there can be a רביעי בקודש מה"ת though עצים ולבונה. However, תוספות is unsure how we can derive that אוכל is מטמא אחרים according to רבינא.

תוס' ד"ה אלמא

It is apparent he maintains combining is D’Rabonon - אלמא קסבר צירוף דרבנן

Summary:
We infer that according to ר"ע, the rule of צירוף is מדרבנן, since ר"ע is adding to the previous rule of טומאה באפר חטאת which is certainly מדרבנן since אפר חטאת is חול.

תוס' ד"ה שאין

For there is no Tum’oh of the hands in the Beis HaMikdosh - שאין טומאת ידים במקדש

Summary:
There was first the גזירה of סתם ידים (to be פוסל [even] תרומה); included in this גזירה was that ידים which touched a ראשון should become a שני. Then there was a later גזירה that כל הפוסל את התרומה is מטמא הידים to be שניות in regards to קדשים only.
