Is it insufficient if he is not מהיל, etc. - לא סגי דלאו איהו מהיל

Summary:
A מוהל is מברך על המילה, a father and one who is מל גרים say למול.

תוס' ד"ה בעידנא

In the moment that he lifted it, he fulfilled the מצוה, etc. - בעידנא דאגבהה נפיק ביה

Summary:
One may make a ברכה even after he fulfilled the מצוה as long as he is still involved in the performance of the מצוה.

To fulfill?! It should have said he fulfilled - לצאת יצא מיבעי ליה

Summary:
It is possible not to be יוצא the מצוה of ד' מינים by mere lifting, if it was held upside down or if there was specific intent not to be יוצא. In any event the ברכה is considered עובר לעשייתן if he says it before the נענועים in הלל.

And על ביעור חמץ is the ruling - והלכתא על ביעור חמץ

Summary:
תוספות is uncertain whether the הלכה is that we may (also) say על ביעור, or we must only say על ביעור for there are special rules that govern the type of ברכה we make.

Concerning immersion - על הטבילה

Summary:
ר"ח maintains that only by טבילת גר is the ברכה after the טבילה. The ר"י maintains that נשים (and נט"י) can say the ברכה afterwards (in order not to differentiate). The יש מפרשים maintain that by all טבילות the ברכה is recited after the טבילה.

And ‘lamps’ from ‘lamp’ - ונרות מנר

Summary:
We derive that בדיקת חמץ is performed לאור הנר in the following manner:
1. מציאה ממציאה = שאור לא ימצא וגו' - וימצא הגביע.
2. חיפוש ממציאה דיליה = ויחפש וגו' - וימצא הגביע.
3. חיפוש מחיפוש = ויחפש וגו' – אחפש, חופש כל וגו.
4. חיפוש מנרות = חופש כל וגו' - אחפש את ירושלים בנרות.
5. נרות מנר = ירושלים בנרות וגו' - נר השם.
