תוס' ד"ה רבי

Rabi Yehudoh said; it is deep ten and not high ten we may move from it into the sea - רבי יהודה אומר עמוקה י' ואין גבוהה י' מטלטלין מתוכה לים

Summary:
ר"י maintains that one may carry directly ברשויות דרבנן through a מקום פטור, and the רבנן prohibit it. All agree however that כחו בכרמלית לא גזרו (even without a מקום פטור). [כחו is a greater מתיר than a מקום פטור.]

Summary:
רב הונא agrees that if there is no זיז כ"ש, one may not carry from the sea to the ship.

These boats of Meeshohn - הני ביציתא דמישן

Summary:
ביציתא דמישן according to רש"י are canoe like boats, and according to 'תוס the bottom planks of the boat are widely separated and water enters into the boat, which makes them a כרמלית.

Rav Nachmon challenged this - מתקיף לה רב נחמן

Summary:
ר"נ asked that we should say גוד אחית to make the (separated) planks attached.

And he threw and it landed on top of it he is liable - וזרק ונח על גביו חייב

Summary:
We can distinguish between the case of גזוזטרא where we need it to be a רה"י below the מחיצה, and the case of טרסקל, since we want it to be a רה"י only on top. Alternately, by גזוזטרא it is a רה"י לטלטל, but by טרסקל it is a רה"י only לחומרא.
