תוס' ד"ה ושבתוכה

And that which is inside; they are included in כי יותן, etc. - ושבתוכה הרי זה בכי יותן

Perhaps he will kill - שמא יהרוג

Summary:
According to the ר"י מאורליינ"ש a כנה (which is permitted to be killed) is black and jumps, while a פרעוש (which is forbidden to be killed) is white and it crawls; while the ר"ת maintains the exact opposite.

Is it then stronger than our משנה, etc. - מי אלימא ממתניתין

Even to distinguish between his garments and his wife’s garments - אפילו להבחין בין בגדו לבגדי אשתו

One may not distinguish between (similar) garments by candle light.

He may take it and throw it, provided that he does not squeeze - נוטל וזורק ובלבד שלא ימלול

Summary:
רש"י maintains that אבא שאול agrees with ר"א and is therefore גוזר מלילה שמא יהרוג; while תוספות maintains that אבא שאול כרבנן and that the גזירה of מלילה by כינה is a חדא גזירה with מלילה by פרעוש because שמא יהרוג.
