תוס' ד"ה בימי

Was he by you during your ‘white’ days - בימי לבוניך מהו אצלך

Summary:
תוספות maintains that all prohibitions which apply to ימי נדות apply to ימי ליבונה as well. רש"י rules that a man may not hand over a key to his wife בימי נדותה even if they do not touch. The ר"ת states that it was customary to be טובל after ימי נדות and again after ז' נקיים.

It was one bed - מטה חדא הואי

Summary:
It may be permitted to be in the same bed with an ערוה if they are very far apart from each other (and a sword between them) and there is no איסור יחוד.

תוס' ד"ה רש"י

The text of רש"י and the ר"ת reads; ‘ואלו תנן הני דאמרן’, etc. - רש"י גריס [וכן רבינו תם] ואלו תנן הני דאמרן

Summary:
The ר"י questions the מדרש which states אלה פסל את הראשונים, from the פסוק of אלה דברי הברית, which is referencing the previous פרשה.

We derive from it that ואלו תנן, etc, - שמע מינה ואלו תנן

Summary:
The proof from the ברייתא is since it does not mentions subsequent הלכות.

First food and second food - אוכל ראשון ואוכל שני

Summary:
It was necessary to mention both אוכל ראשון and אוכל שני.

And one who drinks impure liquids - והשותה משקין טמאים

Summary:
When they were גוזר that השותה משקין טמאין is פוסל תרומה they also intended to be גוזר immediately that משקין is always a ראשון. We could not know משקין from אוכלין and vice versa because משקין is לא שכיח and משקין are more חמור than אוכלין.

Summary:
One who is בא ראשו ורובו במים שאובין is פוסל תרומה even after הערב שמש.

The גזירה by a טהור was kept to the initial cause of the גזירה by a טבו"י.
