Summary:
אין לי עסק בה has the connotation of הרי את לעצמך, so by freeing a slave it is effective but not by disowning a field.

Because he establishes it before his creditor - מפני שמעמידה בפני בעל חובו

Summary:
The concern that there be no תערומות is insufficient to disqualify one from testifying. Alternately we require the reason מפני שמעמידה בפני ב"ח in a case where the buyer knows it belongs to the seller.
