You are obligated to give him, etc. - חייב אתה ליתן לו כולי

Summary:
The actual גמר דין is צא תן לו (not חייב אתה ליתן לו), nevertheless once בי"ד stated פלוני אתה זכאי, no compromise may be introduced.

Just like a Charsis where there is no benefit from it - מה חרסית דלית ביה הנאה

Summary:
חרסית is considered לית ביה הנאה even though things can grow in it; since the result is not profitable (for there is minimal growth), it is considered לית ביה הנאה.

And the virtuous ones set aside the money, etc. - והצנועין מניחין את המעות כולי

Summary:
The צנועין were not מחלל on שביעית (if we assume that שביעית applies to כרם רבעי).

תוס' ד"ה כל הנלקט

Whatever was picked from these shall be redeemed - כל הנלקט מזה יהא מחולל

Summary:
When the צנועין said כל הנלקט מחולל, it was in the morning and they said that whatever will be picked today will be redeemed by the set aside money, when the fruit will be picked. They were not מחלל the entire כרם initially either because they wanted to bring the fruit to ירושלים, or the חילול would not include future growth.

Summary:
כרם רבעי is (generally) not redeemed במחובר because there is no true evaluation of its worth until it is harvested.

תוס' ד"ה כל שלקטו

Everything which the poor gathered today should be Hefker - כל שלקטו עניים היום יהא הפקר

Summary:
The owners are מפקיר the לקט in order to prevent the עניים from transgressing the איסור of בלתי מעושר. This is effective only if the owners were not מייאש. The יאוש which is a result of אבידה exempts it from מעשר, but not the יאוש מחמת גזילה.
