תוס' ד"ה עציץ

A flowerpot belonging to one, and the plants belonging to another - עציץ של אחד וזרעים של אחר

Summary:
There is a novelty that the בעל העציץ does not acquire the זרעים which are in his עציץ.

He took possession of the plants, he acquired the flowerpot - החזיק בזרעים קנה עציץ

Summary:
תוספות is uncertain whether אגב וקני is required by an עציץ and a שטר.

A woman must bring ע"מ (according to ר"א), only if it is a כתב שיכול להזדייף, otherwise we can rely on the ע"ח. According to ר"מ even if she brings עדים that nothing was changed it is not effective since it is not מוכח מתוכו (רש"י seems to disagree).
