He buys and brings Bikkurim - לוקח ומביא בכורים

Summary:
According to רש"י the seller must buy the ביכורים, while תוספות maintains that whoever buys produce from the נכרי, he must bring ביכורים.

Summary:
רבה maintains אין קנין except in סוריא, while ר"מ maintains יש קנין.

One master maintains, ‘your piling’, but not the gentile’s piling - מר סבר דיגונך ולא דיגון עובד כוכבים

Summary:
According to רש"י, the two לימודים of דגנך and דיגונך are mutually exclusive, however according to תוספות both לימודים are applied since the תורה did not write תבואתך or דיגונך. The concept of אין מיעוט אחר מיעוט אלא לרבות, is applied only to דיגונך but not to דגנך.
