Summary:
According to (רש"י and) the ר"י there is an איסור סחיטה because of ליבון by all משקין. According to the ר"ת the איסור סחיטה is only by water. According to the ר"ת וערוך a פס"ר דלא ניח"ל by אין מתכוין is מותר. According to the ר"י it is אסור. The איסור of מסוכריא according to the ערוך is on account of בונה.

In truth; רב maintains as ר"י does, etc. - לעולם רב כרבי יהודה סבירא ליה כולי

Summary:
שמואל can maintain אין מתכוין is מותר and nevertheless אסור לבעול בתחלה בשבת either because of בונה or חובל.

Summary:
