ואף לאמתך teaches us that (generally) there is הענקה by an אמה העבריה (who is יוצאת בשש); and וכי תשלחנו teaches us that even by יוצאת בסימנים, she also receives הענקה.

Summary:
A worker is paid only for the time he worked, not for the agreed upon term of work even if he is אנוס. An עבד who is חלה שלש gets paid for the full term either because גופו קנוי, or his ‘real’ term is only three years.
One; if you grab much, you did not grab - חדא דתפשתה מרובה לא תפשתה
Summary:
אשר ברכך is more applicable to decide how to interpret a single לימוד, and תפשת מרובה וכולי is more appropriate to decide which one of two separate לימודים should be utilized.
