We need the פסוק of ומצא כדי גאולתו by מוכר ש"א to teach us that אינו לוגוגלח"צ, for otherwise we would have derived that בתי החצרים is לוגוגלח"צ through a ק"ו from מקדיש ש"א and then compare מוכר ש"א to בתי החצרים which are written בחד פרשה.
