Anything which is fit for mixing, etc. - כל הראוי לבילה כולי

Summary:
We derive the requirement of ראוי לבילה from the fact that the תורה states בלילה many times but never as a direct command. We derive ראוי לטבילת מים as a compromise between כל בשרו and ידיו.
