Is given to Yehoshuah - נתון ליהושע

Summary:
ר' יהושע was a לוי [and poor] and he could receive מעשר even after the קנס, either because we maintain קנסא לעניים, or we agree with ר"ע that קנסא אף לכהנים. He could not receive מעשר עני either because he was not that poor, or because ר"ג wanted to spread out his benevolence.
