Summary:
By סוטה the עיקר שבועה is on a ספק, therefore we can be מגלגל on a ספק, as opposed to ממון where the עיקר שבועה is on a ודאי.

Summary:
We require the ק"ו to inform us that in our case we derive ממונא מאיסורא and the מה מצינו teaches us even on a ספק we are מגלגל. It must be a reasonable ספק to be מגלגל.

One who calls his friend a slave shall be ostracized - הקורא לחבירו עבד יהא בנידוי

Summary:
Whenever the גמרא writes יהא בנידוי it means that בי"ד should place him בנידוי. The repercussions mentioned in this ברייתא are מדה כנגד מדה.
