Perhaps he will tell him, ‘your wheat was burnt in the loft’ - שמא יאמר לו נשרפו חיטיך בעלייה

Summary:
We so not require both מעות and משיכה for a קנין, since then the לוקח may say to the מוכר that נשרפו חיטיך בעלייה. We are not concerned that the מוכר will say נשרפו מעותיך בעלייה, for the מוכר will be liable.
